JILL ON KEYS

Jill Conner, known professionally as Jill on Keys, is a Washington, DC native keyboardist, singer-songwriter, and visual music storyteller.

Blending piano, synth textures, cinematic atmosphere, and emotional songwriting, Jill creates musical experiences that move between live performance, visual storytelling, and original media content.

A lifelong musician who began writing songs at age 7 and playing by ear at 10, Jill has written and recorded original music for live entertainment, television, and independent creative projects under both Jill on Keys and her full name, Jamila M. Conner.

In addition to her work as a performing artist, Jill is also the creator of the children’s character Grandy the Piano and the Jill on Keys Kids musical storytelling world, combining music, imagination, puppetry, and interactive experiences for young audiences.

Through both music and visuals, Jill continues to explore cinematic storytelling, emotional atmosphere, and creative world-building across multiple generations.
